The Identity Series: Finding Your Voice In the Marketplace, Ministry, or as a MOM – #4

This was a special Identity Series on the Kingdom Mentor Podcast as I interviewed Sarah Bournique, the ASAP mom.

This podcast was simulcasted for the Kingdom Mentor Academy’s Redeem Your Voice Camp.

Before the interview I asked members to consider these thoughts (knowing by Holy Spirit that Sarah would have some answers).

The Reason?the identity series

Because I knew  the breakthroughs Sarah walked through were testimonies for God to “do it again.”

By the immediate response, I witnessed the truth of this divine thought.

“This teaching from Sarah was so on spot for me. I so relate to the part where she stated about her dad and their relationship about him not sharing, being secretive. I was just speaking to God about thiat this morning. Thank you for this… ” KMA Member Jackie

the identity seriesSo, before I asked questions, I shared these thoughts to consider:

It takes strength to find your voice.

Imperfect action is better than no action….consistent is key.

When you walk in your purpose people can see it.

You can share your voice and not get into the compare shame game.

Rebuilding is really about you going forward…. investment, steps, invest in yourself…. throwing up on paper, on camera, on your private space to be brave.

Your VOICE is needed. You are valuable. You are enough.

ASAP stands for “always saying a prayer.

Sarah shares in this Kingdom Mentor Podcast that ASAP reminds her to respond to the challenges in life with a quick prayer.

She’s been sharing, as an escape, in writing, beginning in a blog form starting in 2012.

“I knew I couldn’t be the only one feeling changed by the grace of our Father and I wanted to tell the world,” she explains.

Sarah began sharing her voice in various social media outlets as a reminder to “always respond in prayer”, quickly.

In 2017 she encountered a major hold on her plans. She got pregnant and had a beautiful baby boy.

“Having a baby kind of put a hold on my plans but that’s when God laughed in my face and showed me all of His love. The ASAP mom isn’t just a ministry, it is a way of living that has changed my day to day and I absolutely love to pray!”

Catch this interview on the Kingdom Mentor Podcast and you will find some real nuggets of wisdom for you to go forward with your purpose!
