Lot’s of change around for me. I think maybe you will be able to relate to what I’m feeling.
So I ask.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the distorted challenges in your life? Are you struggling to find solace and comfort in the midst of your chaotic messes?
I understand how you feel, and I want you to know that you are not alone.
Sometimes, life can feel like a tangled vineyard, with twists and turns that seem to lead nowhere. But just like the intricate process of wine-making, your life is also being refined through the ups and downs. (You know I love the many analogies in making wine)
You may not always understand the process, but you can trust that God is at work, shaping and molding you into the best version of yourself… a ripe grape for His glory
As doubts were creeping in on me, I was reminded of the disciples and Jesus on the stormy seas. What struck me was the phrase..”He Got UP!”..
He go up and calmed the wind and waves for the disciples. You know He can do that for you, don’t you? He can quiet the storms in your heart. You may not always see Him at first, but He is there, resting in the “boat” of your life. waiting for you to call out to Him.
I understand the pain. But…It’s okay to cry out and admit your fears and doubts. In fact, it’s often the first step towards growth and healing. Trust in God’s process, and in His never-ending love for you. He will get up for you.
Guess what? You will emerge from the storm stronger in your faith and equipped for your assignment in life.
So take heart, my friend. You are not alone, and you are not without hope. Keep seeking God’s presence, and trust in His unfailing love. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
I heard Him say to you:
Listen…to the Vinedresser
My dear one. I see the raging issues swirling around in your life making you question your faith.
I may even seem very silent to you.
I know your doubts seem to pierce and riddle your heart with gaping holes as you mind spins as fast as a roller coaster.
You feel like your dreams have been derailed by the chaotic mess around you. I see child. I see.
Go ahead. Scream…”Where is Jesus?”
This might be hard for you to comprehend but He may just be asleep in your storm. Do you remember the disciples in My Word? How the sea went from tranquil to a raging storm? What did they do?
They yelled with all that was in them for JESUS to help. My Son was asleep on a cushion in the stern of the boat.
But dear one….As you cry out. HE WILL GET UP, just like He did for the disciples.
Yell out for Him. He is there for you.
Then, use your voice to take your Kingdom authority and speak to the waves crashing in on you. So go ahead and cry out to Him as you do do this.
He will get up for you.
It’s ok to be afraid and feel you have no faith. Sometimes that’s the process to the greater.
And you will learn for yourself, yet again maybe, the wonderful truth….
