Using Your Voice In The Prophetic
I remember this time in my life that I’d hide…in the shadow of my husband when it came to using my voice in the prophetic.
I’d say…that’s not my gift…as I ducked behind my husband. Never mind I spent over 15 years as a radio announcer.
I’d simply thought that my working through my fears, doubts, and rejection issues disqualified me from using my voice in this area.
(Chuckle) My husband loves to tell this story about this time too with a big chuckle.
But something happened. I decided to get up REAL early to seek from the Word more about “The Kingdom”. Every time the Kingdom of God was mentioned in the Gospels..I’d underline and highlight…and chew on it and listen to what the Holy Spirit say…..
I came out of that time wrecked by the glory of God. Then Dave challenged me to pray…every day…ONLINE!!! So my then 15 year old daughter would get up with me and we’d go online (pre-FB live) and pray using Spreecast for our video and simulcast with Spreaker Web Radio.
Suddenly…the gift stirred inside and I started to use my voice in the prophetic. And not just for the businesses I was trying to push online but to speak God’s Word…
On top of this…my husband Dave started to speak into my destiny, to challenge and empower me…to speak…to prophesy ….to use my voice for God’s glory.
I share this story to encourage you….This is your time to rise up and USE your voice.
How about one more testimony…this precious heart gave me permission to share after reading posts and reading my Instagram feed with words and declarations over people to encourage them..you..to speak…

My husband asked me to preach last Sunday. At first I said NO. 😆
I flow freely as a Prophet and my gifted area but speaking as in Preaching on Sundays to everyone is quite different and I’d rather hide. God corrected me during the Worship and spoke and showed me visions and Prophetic message so I told my husband yes I will.
He was glad. After I was done Preaching I threw up a long time in the garbage. 😆 I couldn’t even make it to the toilet! My nerves were bad. (But) I got such heartwarming celebration from others who received from the message God gave me.
NOW LISTEN TO THIS…
One of which said she was at home and missed out but an old phone she doesn’t even use powered on and played my Live Video of the message as she was crying and breaking down depressed.
She was shocked that the video just came on like that on a phone she doesn’t even use! 🤣🙏🔥 God is so good! It went Supernaturally on the phone and played my message which is truly His message and she broke free from whatever caused her sorrow. ❤️ PRAISE GOD! 🙌
So…listen friend… Your voice is not defined by your past…but by the ONE who has given you that vision, that dream…the very purpose deep inside your DNA that you know that you know is from HIM.

As I share here here, one memory from my childhood popped up. It’s a moving picture in my mind when I was eight years old and loved to pretend to preach. If I didn’t have steps to climb up, I’d find an old Apple Cart. I’d tip that cart up long ways, climb on to it wobbling all the way, and I’d…preach. I’d tell my brothers they needed to get saved. When they left me, I’d tell the birds, the trees, the apples on the trees across the road that they needed JEEEESUS.
And today?
I open my Apple computer, look into the logitech camera with my mic wired through an hr Zoom and…SPEAK!
