What do we do now?
What do we do now and how does the Rest To Run in 2021 word play out for today.
I was struck by this quote by Lana Vawser:
There is an urgency in the invitation because of the magnitude of what God has planned for your life—to do in your life and through your life. This is the hour when the Church will arise in ways we have never seen. This is the hour when you will step into the revelation of your identity like never before as the Spirit of God awakens you to your authority in such deep ways that you will stand before mountains and say “Move in the name of Jesus,” and they will move because of the power in the name of Jesus and the revelation of who you are in Christ.
Vawser, Lana. I Hear the Lord Say “New Era” (p. 12). Destiny Image, Inc..
She speaks of a starting position with this word.
““The key is your position—how you position yourself and where you position yourself.” Lana Vawser
Makes sense as the starting place for you to walk in the fullness of your identity and destiny is in the REST of the Rest To Run Word.
The position is rest (by authority resting in the One who made the promise) to run… to be a voice making declarations that shift atmospheres and bring heaven to earth)
Rest To Run I’m 2021 The key…is your position.
How do you position yourself to be in the midst of the roar of fear trying to rise up from the inside of your very being. How do you step into the confidence from your identity that is filled with revelation from Holy Spirit to break asunder the bars of fear and doubt?
Sarah’s position…amidst a huge promise to have a child and be a part of Abraham walking into the fulfillment of God’s promise: You will be an father of multitudes….is key.
She had moments of flaking out. Yes. Can you relate. God gives you this huge promise and you simply laugh or scoff or just sit in a ditch to doubt.
Check Abraham…with this same issue of doubt. Yet then believing.
“ Against all odds, when it looked hopeless, Abraham believed the promise and expected God to fulfill it.[k] He took God at his word, and as a result he became the father of many nations. God’s declaration over him came to pass:“Your descendants will be so many that they will be impossible to count!”[l]19
“In spite of being nearly one hundred years old when the promise of having a son was made, his faith was so strong that it could not be undermined by the fact that he and Sarah[m] were incapable of conceiving a child. 20–21 He never stopped believing God’s promise, for he was made strong in his faith[n]to father a child. And because he was mighty in faith and convinced that God had all the power needed to fulfill his promises, Abraham glorified God!22 So now you can see why Abraham’s faith was credited to his account as righteousness before God.[o]23 And this declaration was not just spoken over Abraham, 24 but also over us. For when we believe and embrace the one who brought our Lord Jesus back to life, perfect righteousness will be credited to our account as well. 25 Jesus was handed over to be crucified for the forgiveness of our sins and was raised back to life to prove that he had made us right with God![p]“
The battle comes in weariness. Then intimidation…which sets the table for the fear of man, fear of failure…
But…. your faith embraces God’s miracle working power!!You can be powered by the Holy Spirit and like Abraham God said! The belief is your faith that enables you to embrace God’s miracle working power.
Rest to Run friend…in 2021!
