Three Keys To Finding Your Voice For Your Family

I have been spending time with my mom the past two weeks in Washington State. This break has reinforced keys to finding your voice for your family that benefits them and leaves a legacy of Kingdom. (Kingdom is family!)
I know my mom has spoken life and encouragement in my life for decades. My dad went to be with Jesus in 1985 but I can still remember his three things he said upon hanging up on a weekly phone call during college:
1) Did you take your vitamins
2) Check your oil in your car
3) I love you Theresa
In the video above I mention three keys that will help you in finding your voice for your family resulting in soul health for you while benefiting your family.
So as this time with mom comes to an end I am grateful for time spent with her.
I may have watched more Fox News more than normal. Definitely drank her (or is it my?) favorite beverage every afternoon. And I enjoyed all the walks and talks. By the way, mom’s smoothies are dynomite! My heart is full and grateful.
Even her lovingly nagging…. “Thereeeeesa…. lipstick.” I mean how many times have I heard “put some lipstick on”….I thought about going to bed with lipstick on….
Anyway, you know I have to have an amazing husband who prays for me as I spend two weeks across the country.
In conclusion, I believe your inheritance of loving your family well in the early years brings back so many benefits during your latter years.
