Just Step Out To Your Purpose
I received a text recently that made me think of you.
Is God calling you in new areas of faith?
Is He saying you might need to find your voice again?
Is He speaking softly to you to start writing that book, set up your podcast, or invest in yourself to walk with authority in your destiny?
I get all that.
I had one text from a friend that gave me something to hang my hope hat on:
”No striving. Just step out as God calls.”
It lead to a journey in my back story about my voice. I was just starting out in my radio career when after just a month, my boss called me into his office. He told me (basically he did not like my voice) and told me I’d be better suited for Children’s radio because I sounded like a child.
Ouch.

It lead to phrases from The Vinedresser:
“Find the rhythm of My Voice leading you.”
And then this phrase from HIM stopped me in my mental mess moment about my age:
“It’s not too late. You are still in your prime because your heart is mine.”
