Review of rest to run based on Hebrews 11:11 for focus in the Rest To Run Word
Sarah’s faith embraced the miracle power to conceive even though she was barren and was past the age of childbearing, for the authority of her faith[i] rested in the One who made the promise, and she tapped into his faithfulness.
Rest…by embracing God’s miracle power
Rest the authority of your faith in the ONE who makes the promises
Run by tapping in to His faithfulness.
Declarations powered by the prophetic…calling this things as not as tho they were
Declaring not the problem but the promise that can replace the problem…by faith
So We come to one powerful factor to this rest to run calling.
Focus in the Rest:
1) Limit what you see
…before flipping to that iPhone or iPad….or technology….sit..in His Presence for no more of a reason that to be with Him…
2)Choose what you allow in…Choose to focus on the good, the faithful,
Good example in the word:
Philippians 4:6-
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (resting by focusing on the answer..on the truth on the word..declaring it)
And then running with focus starting in verse 8: Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Persevere with focus no matter the resistance.“The amount of resistance you get against an idea is often the measure of its importance.” Lisa Bevere
Focus in the rest to walk with stable emotions:
Emotions–rest them by overcoming them in Christ.
“I will not fall victim or into the influence of an emotion that is not from the heart of Jesus.”
