Can You Handle My Deep Anger

I’m angry?

My tissue is wet this morning…yes from my own tears. (I often cry when I’m angry)

I’m ok. Just sharing the feels of a long morning in the Word, Worship music playing and thinking.

But something hit me in the Word….as the morning went on….

Maybe it will help you.

I realize you might be going through your own issues that want to tangle your mind and twist the truth of who God really is.

You may be going through wrenching personal struggles.

Or you feel choked by financial pressure.

Or you’re having heart breaking struggles in a relationship(s).

Or you are so tired by a delay in your dream.

I just thought I’d remind you of what God reminded me of in the Word as I sat in my own pool of tears. (Salty coffee has been a good thing ya know?)

Jesus cares. Jesus can even get mad.

Did you know as He came to town where Lazarus was laid in a tomb, He saw the extreme emotions of those around him.

Jesus understood being sorrowful….not just for Himself but seeing the pain of others.

This stood out.

“When Jesus saw her weeping and saw the other people wailing with her, a deep anger welled up within him, and he was deeply troubled.”
‭‭John‬ ‭11‬:‭33‬ ‭NLT‬‬

A deep anger…welled up.

Can you believe Jesus comes alongside you…and not only feels your anger but joins His with yours.

Be grateful for His Presence. Pour all the anger out with Him.

Then rest in peace. Please.

I pray he gives you the heart to believe that all the anguish you have gone through can serve a greater good for you and your life with God.
