Being Relentless Toward Resilience

 
Being relentless towards resilience is possible with a few basic thoughts.
 
1) Perseverance is the muscle of your faith.
 
2) Being relentless to strengthen that muscle daily.
 
Strength can come with a basic, yet at times difficult shift….and that is your belief system.
 
It’s the biggest shift you can do.
 
Look at this from Romans 10:17
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
 
So..again perseverance is the muscle of that faith….and the more it is strengthened by what God says rather than your fear, your doubts or the built up toxicity in you mind……t
 
You build a strength to persevere more which I believe has everything to do with helping your mental state as you grow resilient.
